Equip the .50 cal sniper and your NVGs, kill the PMCs with headshots (or i suppose you could skip that if you wanted)--wait for wolf to run around into your field of sight (she does this every 3-5 minutes). you can see the little things dangling off the hips of wolf with NVGs to clue into her location, and she'll always line up infront of you to use the rail gun. Wait for the canopy to open and snipe her. you should be able to get in three good shots if youre patient and quick. repeat three times and she's done. (she will come around and harass the truck a bit every 5 or so minutes, but if you lay there she doesnt do much damage and goes away--your health regens to full before she comes back).
