PS…uTorrent for Mac SUCKS…Why was Transmission not mentioned, as it is the "Premier" version for Mac!

U should find the Windows version and pronounce that number one for Windows, since it's number one for Mac and all!

I didn't like uTorrent for Mac, finding it less than responsive when trying to delete torrents. Transmission was OK, but I am still yet to find something that works as well as the Windows uTorrent

To say that uTorrent for Mac is best because uTorrent for Windows is best is ridiculous. uTorrent beta for Mac is certainly a fast, lightweight client. But as yet, it only incorporates minimal features - after all the Mac version is at .9.0.4, whiie the Windows version is up to 1.8+.

Transmission and uTorrent both fit the "fast, lightweight" standard, and both have some good features, but neither has the full feature set needed by advanced torrent users. Vuze (formerly Azureus) has a great range of features, but not being developed with Macs in mind, it eats up system resources like crazy, and the Ui is hardly intuitive.

This is all to say: there isn't yet a killer Mac bittorrent client. Ideally, I'd like to see something with the features and customization options of Vuze and the simplicity of Transmission built from the ground up as a Cocoa app.

For the time being, I use all three, depending on the requirements of the tracker I'm using.

You've named OS X versions of Windows clients while completely forgetting about Transmission and many other great clients because "it is the only [ones you] found".
