I made a little post for the flash gamers. This is a walkthrough for the popular game The Last Stand 2. If you haven’t heard about this very popular flash game, you could try it out. Ty checking my post containing links to where you could play The Last Stand Zombie Game.

In case you still don’t know, The Last Stand 2 is the sequel to the hit game, that’s right, The Last Stand. It takes place where the first left off, your character has boarded the helicopter until there is an accident on board and you become the sole survivor of the crash.
Movement and actions are pretty simple. Use either the W,A,S,D or Arrow keys to move your character. The ‘R’ Key reloads your current weapon. Last, but not least, the Space bar switches between your main and off-hand weapon.Mouse is for aiming and shooting.
Your only goal is to make it to Union City in forty (40) days to catch the last trip out of the hell-hole. Spend daytime searching stores for supplies and weapons, and night fending off the zombies behind your barricade.
Know the enemies and their weaknesses
Zombie
The unlucky citizen. Aim for the head for a quick take down.
Runner
A zombie that charges at your barricade. Kill these ones first. Shooting their legs may make them lose their balance.
Zombie Dog
These animals are the fastest but they can easily be taken down with a few shots.
Army/Swat Zombies
The hardest enemies in the game. They have bullet-proofed vests and protective helmets. Weak guns will just tickle these SOBs. Go for the legs if your using an automatic and they should go down fairly easy. A high powered gun may be able to pierce through armor but your best bet is always their legs.
Weapon Zombies
These come in all shapes and sizes, fat, skinny, runners, walkers, Army, Swat, you name ‘em, they got ‘em. These guys will kill any survivor near them when they get up to your barricade, so try and take them out first. They can be identified by carrying a 2X4, Machete, Sledge Hammer, and other various hand weapons. Don’t let them come close!
TIP
Good, now since we met our new “friends” we can get down to bussiness. As stated before, your day time hours, a total of about 12, should be spent searching stores and houses for guns and supplies, you might pick up a survivor when doing this too. Gun shops, police stations, and some households will be where you will want to search first, as these have the highest chance of yielding one of those ever so pretty toys. Other stores and most houses will give you supplies, which you need to travel between towns, and the occasional trap.
Fat zombies have alot of health and your more likely to hit their shoulders than their heads, shoot for the legs to take these guys down quick.

Guns
I guess you all know what this weapon is for. Searching police stations and gun stores will almost always reward you with a new one.
Traps
Traps come in three shapes bear traps, exploding traps, and land mines. The bear trap will catch any zombie that walks over it and gives you a nice chance to score an easy head shot. The Exploding barrels will trigger if you shoot them with a ranged weapon, taking out anything standing too close, careful this may trigger other barrels close by to accidentally roll. The last but not the least is the land-mine. It is one of the best zombie killers in the game but it is one of the rarest items on the game.
Survivors
Ahhh, company at last. Much better than survivors in the first game, these guys can use any weapon you equip them with. You can equip your survivors on the screen where you chose the weapons you’ll carry for the upcoming night. Just click-and-drag the weapon you want them to have to the bottom right and drop it in one of the nice red-outlined boxes.
Know the places in the game or the map
Glendale
The starting town, searching the local buildings will get you these goodies;
Revolver
Good damage, and six shots. Fairly slow reload time. Very accurate and good for the first few towns.
Chainsaw
Your best friend and off-hand for the rest of the game, this may have slow refilling time but will hack any zombie banging on your barricade.
Whistler’s Grove
he next town. Search for these weapons;
Compound bow
Fast reload time and fairly good damage.
Shotgun
One of my favorites early on, great damage and its shot will spread through multiple adjacent enemies. Good gun till you find some in later towns, great to equip a survivor with.
Claysburg
Search the gun stores/police department for these great guns;
Uzi
Good clip of 50 bullets and great damage. Rate of fire is superb, should be your primary for awhile.
Ump 45
Submachine gun, recommended to pass it to a survivor for best results.
Aspenwood
Now your are in the middle of nowhere, not too many shops.
Sawn-off
Not nearly as good as the version in the first one, this is gonna be discarded very easily, not even recommended for a survivor.
Hunting rifle
One of my favorites, one shot, one kill but only has one bullet before you need to reload.
Jonestown
We are closing in on Union City. This city is pretty **** big, lots of places to search, but we just want to find the goodies here. A security company and police station is where you can find.
M4A1
Not a bad gun, but not the best reload time. A survivor will appreciate this.
Ak-47
Seems to have better damage than your Uzi, but the reload time in comparison is just too slow. Good for survivors!
Grenades
Do some good damage, and damages clusters of zombies. Would be a useful secondary arm, if your willing to give up your Chainsaw.
Fort Tran
You are right before Union city and this is the last level, if you made it this far you should have no problem beating the game. Just don’t stick around too long. This city hides the best weapon in the game.
M429 Minime
This thing is massive! It holds 200 bullets per clip, and the reload time is actually not too shabby for the clip size it has. The damage is superb. Best Gun in the game and not too hard to find.
RPG
If you need to take out a group clustered together, look no further. Upsides: High splash damage, Downside: Slow reload time and can only fire once at a time. Might be fun to see a survivor use it.
Last minute Tips:
- When choosing your primary arm, just remember: Fast reload and fairly decent clip size/damage will be the best way to beat the game.
- Only pick up weapons you know you’ll use.
- Using your daylight time to search more shops instead of houses.
- Not sticking around for too long in any single town, the 40 days they give you is barely enough for some people.
- Don’t equip all your survivors with any particular type of gun, for example. All survivors with sub machine guns wont fair too well. Remember that survivors don’t fire nearly as much as you do, so high damage weapons make up for this.
- Make sure you pay close attention to the amount of hours your spending searching through houses, a house that needs 6 hours to search through could be replaced with two three hour houses, increasing the chance you could find something useful.
- Positioning: Depending on where you guy is on the map can help determine the trajectory of your next shot. So try to position yourself so you are directly across from your target, thereby increasing your chance of scoring a head-shot. If the zombies are in the middle, move to the middle, so on and so forth.
- Houses and Aparments are practically the same, and both of which are overlooked. If your are running ahead of schedule check them out for possible survivors.
- Get out of Aspenwood as quick as possible. It’s almost worthless, the Hunting Rifle is the only thing you can gain from there, and that works better in the hands of a survivor.

Always Have the Chainsaw, it helps when the Runners get to close, but reloading is a bitch.
I just realised that when the Beretta is used fast enough it can headshot really well!
In Whistler’s grove the shotgun was all I cared about, knowing that a survivor had a pump-action relieved me.
I didn’t bother searching in Aspenwood for a 2nd time.
In Joneston, I gave away all of the assault rifles and never bothered to use the grenades( they took longer to reload and sometimes missed all the zombies).
In Fort Tran I used only the M429 Minime and passed on the Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher onto a survivor for comic amusement. This Game ROCKS!
In 1 of the levels I had a chainsaw as my primary weapon and all of my others i thoughtfully donated to my comrades. These included; A Sawn-off-Shotgun, a UMP 45, a Hunting Rifle along with a Shotgun. At the end of the level, I had killed about 4 zombies in the level, 2 of which were dogs and the rest were runners.
Un-be-F*cking-lievable.

Most of you are probably familiar with the “feature” whereby you equip yourself with a large-clip weapon in the primary slot and a fun weapon in the secondary slot, then switch weapons just after the screen goes black but before the fighting starts. (You’ll be equipped with the secondary weapon with the clip size of the primary weapon).
You may have not tried this with the minimi and the rpg yet, though. The results are quite spectacular (semiautomatic rocket launcher with 200 rockets per clip).

The ez way to kill a dog is with a (hint 357 ?).
after glendale i skipped claysburg. it takes too long. if i went there i wouldve been one day late.
for the whole time i used chainsaw and bow.
reload your chainsaw when u can
always use it when a weapon runner comes.

I normally use the Minimi and the Chainsaw to kill the hell outta the zombies. And my Survivors usually have the AK-47, M-16 lookin gun (Can’t remember name.) and the Uzi.

(Note: Only for people with 4/5 survivors)
Equip the M429 as your main weapon and the rpg as your secondary. HAHAHAHAHA! If you’re in Fort Tran and have tons of traps, lay them all down, then the next day, leave for Union City unless you still want to kill.
WTF? I had 5 days left, then i traveled from fort Tran to Union City. thats four days of travel!

What the hell is up with Fort Tran?! i can only get into that place sometimes, othertimes i cant even travel there…. WTF?!
games great but i wish it was longer AND WAY LESSS difficult in the end like all the zombies are able to run thats a buch of bs and you have a barrcade but yets ur survivors still die???????? i dont get it

LOOK HERE I FOUND A CHEAT IF YOU FIND ANY THING LIKE SUPLLIES OR SOMTHING YOU CAN GET MORE BY: PRESSING THE X ON THE THING THAT SAYS ## DAYS LEFT AND THE THING WILL POP UP AND GIVE YOU MORE OF THEM
i beat the whole game it was easy and guyfromcrowdyou have to be at union city with only2 days left because when they leave on the boat they blow it upa dn it takes one dayto board the ship.
i know a cheat:
if you get the chansaw as the 1st gun not 2. now get a wep, like the Shotgun
is good but you can use all weps,
well, win you see “start day” you hit it and rite after that hit space 1 time. you will get the 1st gun ammo but the gun #2 you will see/use. so use the Shotgun and chansaw you will get 50 not 8.DONT USE R!!!!!
ps:use the bow and saw. the bow will make a line fo arrows.FUN

The 1st day I got to Whistler’s grove I searched a couple houses and I got 4 days worth of supplies. It was pretty nice

on like day 5 i went to aspenwood and i was -4 days so ill try it again later today. the shot gun is awesome.when there are no more zombies at that moment you reload your shotgun!
